Terms and conditions
1. The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht and cost of mooring in her home port for duration of charter.
2. The specific terms of West Mediterranean Charter will apply.
3. Captains fees are included in the charges for charter.
4. Longer periods of charter are available by request.
5. Included in the charter fees:
Snacks and light refreshments will be available.
Dockage in own berth.
Electricity and water from own mooring.
Captain and one crew person.
6. Extras not included in fees:
Any Harbour dues in another port.
Large catering.
Personal property insurance.
Vat.
7. It is strictly forbidden to carry on board any illegal substances or controlled drugs unless prescribed by your doctor and proof of that would be required.
If the yacht is seized by the authorities because of drug abuse then the charter party will be held responsible for the damages and losses suffered by the owners.
8. Bare feet or soft sailing shoes (which you change into on board) only can be worn on board and it is preferable to bring
soft luggage on board as suitcases cannot be stowed.
9. Reservations should be accompanied by 50% deposit at least four weeks before commencement of the charter.
In the case of cancellation we would take 10% of the booking fee as a cancellation charge.
